Who We Are

Funfair & Candyfloss is run by Renny Mulhearn and his family, long-established professional showmen with experience of attending events across the UK, from Windsor in the south and Carlisle in the north to Norwich in the east and Anglesey in the west.

The Mulhearns have a proud history in the business, with two family members serving as Chairman of the Lancashire, Cheshire & North Wales Section of The Showmen’s Guild.

Renny Mulhearn himself, is very proud of his duties as a member of the Yorkshire section of the Showman's Guild, being the sections Education liason officer and a representative on the showmans planning committee.

In recognition of his work as the section’s education liaison officer, Kirk Mulhearn (Renny’s brother) was named the 2008 Showman of the Year.

All our rides and equipment carry full risk assessments, test certificates and £10 million public liability insurance and are operated in accordance with the HSG175 standard for safe practice at fairgrounds and amusement parks.
