Pricing

Funfair & Candyfloss offers a variety of hire packages to suit event organisers of all kinds, from private parties to corporate events. Options include the following:

Option One – Full Payment

With this option you agree to pay a fee, for the hire of your chosen ride/s or attraction/s.

This fee will include the hire of the ride/s or attraction/s for the agreed period, staffing costs, fuel costs and appropriate travelling expenses.

The fee will be dependant on the type / size of ride/s or attraction/s being hired*, the period of hire and dates of hire**, number of staff required, distance to the event.

Option Two – Part Payment

With this option we charge you a basic fee to cover our expenses ( staff, fuel, travel etc).

You agree that any income above expenses is split on a mutually agreed ratio between yourselves the organisers, and ourselves.

As with Option One the basic fee will be dependant on the size of ride or attraction*.

Option Three – No Fee

With our final option, you pay no fee.

We will supply the ride/s or attraction/s of your choice, erect, test and operate them at your event, and charge the public a fee per ride. In return we donate a percentage of our takings to the organisers once our expenses have been covered.

Notes

* - The size of ride or attraction can vary, most of our attractions only require 1 person to operate, and are erected and tested in a short space of time.

However larger rides like a waltzer or dodgem cars require more labour and time to erect, more staff to operate, and are also transported using more transport, and therefore will cost more to hire.

** - Prices vary according to demand – a wet Wednesday in January, for example, will be cheaper than a sunny summer weekend. Either way, we promise value for money, Contact Renny Mulhearn with your requirements and we’ll put together a package within your budget.

Confection perfection from funfair and candyfloss

Adult rides can also be added to any package on request, but for smaller sites we recommend a coconut shy, mini striker or candyfloss barrow as they can be transported virtually anywhere with ease, including hotel foyers and function suites.

Meet'n'Greet Mascots

Funfair & Candyfloss also provide free Meet 'n' Greet characters to some of our events. All Mascots has public liability insurance and are crb checked.
